Allerdine started with a simple frustration: great recipes buried under ads, pop-ups, and life stories. So we built the kitchen we wanted to use.

Why we exist

A calm, reliable place to cook.

We are a small, independent team operating as ALLERGEN GLOBAL LLC, based in St. Petersburg, Florida. We test every recipe until it is dependable, photograph the real result, and write it down so it works in your kitchen the first time.

There are no ads here and no one paying us to promote a product. Our members fund the work, which means our only job is to make recipes good enough that you want to keep cooking with us. The kitchen store is the same idea: a short shelf of tools we genuinely use, not a catalog.
