These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by ALLERGEN GLOBAL LLC ("Allerdine", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, buying products, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Membership and Billing

Membership gives you access to members-only recipes and benefits for the duration of your paid term. Membership is offered on a monthly plan at $9.49 and an annual plan at $99.49, each preceded by a 30-day free trial for new members.

3. Free Trial and Auto-Renewal

In plain language: your membership begins with a 30-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged the then-current price. After that, your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) and your payment method is charged the applicable fee until you cancel. We will send a reminder before your trial converts.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing info@allerdine.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Store Purchases

Prices for products are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are error-free; we may correct errors and cancel affected orders. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell our recipes or content; not to share your account in a way that circumvents membership; and not to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All recipes, text, photographs, logos, and other content on the Service are owned by or licensed to ALLERGEN GLOBAL LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own household use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, and raw ingredients; you are responsible for safe food handling. See our Disclaimer for more.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALLERGEN GLOBAL LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision below, the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this carefully, as it affects your rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. You and Allerdine agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder of this arbitration provision will be void.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service and may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
