Membership Refunds

New members start with a 30-day free trial and are not charged during it, so you can cancel any time before it ends at no cost. If you are charged for a membership and are unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days of that charge for a full refund of your most recent payment. After the first 30 days, monthly memberships are not refunded for the current period but you can cancel to stop future renewals; annual members who cancel may request a prorated refund of unused full months at our discretion.

Kitchen Store Returns

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the item is unused or in resalable condition with its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email info@allerdine.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
  2. For product returns, we will provide return instructions and an address.
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving instructions. We recommend a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method.

Return Window

The return window is 30 days from the date of delivery for products and 30 days from the date of charge for membership. Requests made after the applicable window may not be eligible.

Exceptions

Some items cannot be refunded or returned, including: perishable goods (such as pantry food items and oils) once opened, for health and safety reasons; gift cards; and digital or downloadable content that has been accessed. Items returned damaged due to misuse, or without original packaging, may receive a partial refund or be declined.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, a defective or incorrect item). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except in those cases.
